Wellness shots are all the rage right now, and for good reason! Packed with health benefits, they’re a simple yet powerful way to boost your day. The classic lemon, ginger, and turmeric combo is a fan favourite, but there’s so much more to explore. On my blog, I’ll share some of my favourite wellness shot recipes I’ve used and created to make these shots easy to serve and carry. Whether you're looking to boost your own health or offer something special to your guests, I’ve got the tips and tricks to make it happen.
Lemon, Ginger, Tumeric wellness shot
So lets start with the most popular of them all: Lemon, Ginger and turmeric wellness shot
This recipe make 12 servings

4 oranges juiced

3 lemons juiced

1/2 cup fresh ginger

1/2 tbsp ground Turmeric

3/4 tbsp ground black pepper

1/2 tbsp ground Cayenne

1 tsp honey

add a dash of water/ coconut water to make the perfect consistency

The most efficient method I’ve found is to combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and fully incorporated. Once blended, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp, then transfer the liquid into your bottle.
As a personal preference, if you prefer an extra kick, feel free to adjust the levels of ginger, black pepper, and cayenne for a more intense, warming flavor.
