MY Amore
2nd Stewardess
I had the priviledge of working on board MY Amore, a busy private yacht with two owners and a busy charter schedule. MY role was focused on delivering exeptional service and creating unfortgettable expereinces for both guests and charter clients, with charters ranging from 3-10 days.
In addition to these responsibilities I assisted with the creation of SOPs for the crew mess and laundry and assisted with creating interior inventories. I was also entrusted with all crew-related details, including provisioning, uniforms and crew mess arrangements.
I played a key role in cabin upkeep, helping with turn ups and turn downs and interior detailing. I also supported the Captain, broker and crew during major events such as Fort Laurderdale International boat show and Antigua charter yacht show, offering them a taste of life on board MY Amore. during these events, I crafted signiture cocktails and wellness shots whilst maintaining the interior
I assisted the chief stewardess with serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and canapes, ensuring every meal was memorable. I was also entrusted with creating wine lists with food parings for charter clients, as well as designing tablescapes and assisting with planning events and parties for our guests.
